According to what we know from State Administration for Market Regulation,there are 5 importers,who are applying the clearing customs for the sesame with a higher acid value at Qingdao Port.Because it was not explicitly stipulated that if the sesame with a higher acid can be cleared customs in the related customs document.Qingdao Food Inspection and Quarantine Bureau specially reported to State Administration for Market Regulation.At 4 o’clock on May 11^th,2018,the State Administration for Market Regulation replied that it exists some problem in the present measures for the inspection and quarantine of the imported goods.They will correct it later.For these sesame with a higher acid this time,they agree to clear the customs.By the reply from the State Administration for Market Regulation,it is permitted to clear customs for the sesame with a higher acid.The reason of the Chinese importers chose to buy the sesame with a higher quality is just that they are worry that it will be not easy to be cleared customs if the acid value is too high.If there is not a specific regulation about the acid value,we can imagine that in future the Chinese importers must enlarge the scope of the imported sesame.The importing quantity must be increased.If the following importing sesame quantity continue to be increased,the sesame price at China port can’t become better.
