According to what I know that the sesame planting area in the main production area is increased compared with that in the last year.In some areas,the planting area is two times as that in the last year.But on August 18^th,the Rumbia Typhoon attached the sesame,which was at the fruiting period,in the planting zone in the Yellow River and the Huai River areas crazily,leading a large of areas of the sesame in the southeastern part of Henan and northwestern part of Anhui,fall down.The farmland was flooded.This affected the later growth and the production yield in a certain degree.
