According to China Customs Administration E-Port & China AGLOOK national sentinel surveillance data survey: In the month of December, 2018, China imported 36,749.9 tons sesame at the average price of 1,413 USD/T, 13,079.6 tons from Sudan at the average price of 1,406 USD/T, 8,151.1 tons from Niger at the average price of 1,375 USD/T and 5,872.9 tons from Mozambique at the average price of 1,407 USD/T. For sesame exports, in the month of December, 2018, China exported 4,648.0 tons of sesame, 3503.0 tons from Korea ranked the first; 472.3 tons was exported to Japan ranked the second and 282.0 tons was exported to Vietnam ranked the third.
