According to the telegram rom Khrtoum on March 14^th,Sudan Central Bank (CBoS) said that the inflation rate this February in Sudan has been up to 44.29% and the inflation rate in January is 43.45%.According to the data from Sudan Central Bank,the inflation rate in urban area is 41.63% and it has reached to 46.19% in rural area.However,some economists doubt the reliability of such data from Sudan Centrol Bank.Because in this January,this bank said that the inflation rate in January has been reduced to 43.45% sharply from 72.9% in December,2018.The economist Steve Hank from Johns Hopkins University said :“This is purely propaganda”.He pointed out that according to the study analysis this February,the yearly inflation rate in 2018 was 85%.Because Sudan bank is lack of liquidity.Dollar has two prices in the black market now,in which the price bought via cheque is higher than that bought via cash generally.According to the recent news from the traders in the black market,now the price of the Dollar,which was bought by cheque,has reached to 1USD/83 SDG.And the price by cash is 1USD/64.5 SDG.
