According to the telegram from Khartoum,we got the news from the family of the former president,Bashir,that Bashir has been transferred to the high-security Koba prision in Khartoum from the president house while the Sudanese military annouced to take measures to combate the corruption.According to what the person,who released such news,said that Bashir with 75 years old had been under close guard in the president house,which is also the place where the Ministry of National Defence is.Later he was transferred to Koba prision on April 16^th.One persion in the prison said that he was locked up individually.The Koba prision is located at the north of the central part of Khartoum and close to Blue Nile.During Bashir ruled Sudan for the 30 years,thousands of political prisoners were being held here.It is the most notorious prision in Sudan.After weeks of massive protests,the Sudanese military overthrew Bashir.The leader of the protests said that only if the the Military Transitional Council passed the power to the government,which is leaded by the civil offical,before the election,otherwise the proects will not be stopped.
