According to the news from the Guardian in Nigeria on July 9^th,the president of th Federation of Nigerian Exchange Operator, Dr.Amino Guadabe said on July 8^th that it is very necessary to strengthen the exchange between Naira ad RMB and develop related derivatives in Nigeria.This policy has been already very urgent.Guadabe said that not only some countries from Russia and Asia have already united together to against the United State and reached an agreement about the RMB exchange with China to strengthen their own currency,Europe also built the Instrument for Supporting Trade Exchanges (INSTEX) at the beginning of this year to avoid the supervision from the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financal Telecommunication (SWIFT),which is leaded by dollar so that th dminance of the US dollar as a globl trade and reserve currency will be weekened further.
